How AZCS started
Startup Electronic company
- Mr. Raju has 40+ years manufacturing experience in different sectors
- In late 90s, by investing his whole life wealth he had started a electronic product manufacturing company as an supplier for L&T EAIC , Ahmednagar
- On initial notes everything was looks smooth, until L & T use their products for local customers.
Set back due to WEEE and ROHS compliance
- He got major set-back when key customer/s denied for purchase his products due to WEEE & RoHS compliance.
- Mr. Raju search number of consultant & everyone gives him list of sample testing for each sub-items which he has used in manufacturing.
- When he connected with his sub-suppliers, then response was not good enough. As he was expert in industry from 3-4 decades, he realised number of testing was irrelevant, but he got stuck due to absence of genuine compliance consultant.
